R.J. Gurley Construction built this spectacular home at Cintarosa Ranch atop the exclusive golf resort of Desert Mountain. Completed in November 2019, this house was the collaborative vision of Architect Justin Kilbane and Interior Designer Kendra Kilbane.
RJ Gurley has been building beautiful homes in Arizona for 28 years. Their breadth of experience, the team of specialized artisans, and subcontractors were the perfect choice to bring this visually integrated masterpiece to life. The home is a subtle nod to the architectural style of Frank Lloyd Wright and the emerging Contemporary-Desert style gaining attention in Scottsdale.
With the sultry desert evenings being one of the many inspirations to create an indoor-outdoor kitchen and elegant entertaining spaces enjoyed year-round with—sliding glass walls, multiple indoor-outdoor sitting areas, and an open-air grill. This breath-taking featured home was designed for gatherings and includes a separate guest house for visitors with replicating design elements found in the main house.
This palatial home feels intentional with each material selection and focal points throughout, with fire pits and reflection pools. Exquisite stone walls, zinc and alder ceilings, granite, quartz, and onyx are found throughout the bejeweled main home and the charming casita. RJ Gurley has genuinely created a space for the homeowner and guests to enjoy the wonders desert-life has to offer.
