Located on Hawaii’s Big Island, we have been building custom dream homes and completing commercial construction and design since 2008.
Since then, we’ve completed dozens of stunning custom homes in West Hawaii. As most of our clients live on the mainland, we work hard to build a relationship of trust so that they have the confidence in knowing their dream home is being built exactly the way they want without the need to oversee every detail of the project.
Tyler grew up building custom wooden boats and working on other hands-on projects. When he turned 15, he started working with his father in the construction industry and by the age of 20, had helped with more than 100 home renovations. His passion for building led him to study construction management in college and open Dickinson General Contracting alongside his wife, Diandra.
